27 YEARS FROM THE CRASH...
The finnish band Hanoi Rocks (Andy McCoy, Sam Yaffa, Michael Monroe, Nasty Suicide & Razzle) were on their break through tour in the US 1984. The singer Michael Monroe fractured his ancle onstage and some of the tour dates got cancelled. Razzle had his birthday the 2d of december and the band went later on to Los Angeles without Michael Monroe. There, they partied with the american band Mötley Crüe, (Vince Neil, Mick Mars, Tommy Lee, Nikki Sixx) on the 8th of December. The rockstars got out of alcohol, so Vince & Razzle went out to get more, while drunk they got in Vinces car and on their way back to the party, Vince crashed his car into another and Razzle sadly lost his life.
The lost of Razzle was a major tragedy for Hanoi Rocks, they cancelled all their shows except for Kulttuuritalo (Finnish for The House of Culture) and Europe A-Go-Go. Both of the shows became memorials for Razzle with the song "Million Miles Away". The shows were also televised for around 200 millions of people.

Hanoi Rocks borrowed the drummer Terry Chimes (The Clash) for the two shows. The band went seperate ways the year 1985.
There were rumours around that the two bands would exchange members, Michael Monroe would join Mötley Crüe, Tommy Lee would take the place as a drummer of Hanoi Rocks. It also went rumours about replacing Mick Mars with Jake E. Lee from Ozzy Osbourne.
The rumours were not true.
